Business Development

The Role

Own merchant acquisition and institutional partnership development across U.S. markets. You will be the face of Aladdinmall to local business communities — working with chambers of commerce, trade associations, and individual business owners to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchant acquisition across target markets, with focus on LA, SF, and Dallas
• Build and maintain relationships with chambers of commerce and business councils
• Develop and execute outreach strategies tailored to local market dynamics
• Close partnerships and manage onboarding for new merchant accounts
• Collaborate with product and ops to feed market insight back into the platform

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships — ideally in tech or B2B
• Existing relationships with local business communities or chambers of commerce
• Demonstrated ability to build pipeline from scratch and close complex deals
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• English required; Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, French, or Korean a plus

Social Media & Content

The Role

Build and manage Aladdinmall's social media presence from the ground up. Create content that resonates with small business owners across platforms — establishing us as a trusted voice in the small business commerce space.

Responsibilities

• Own content strategy and execution across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Produce original content: short-form video, graphics, merchant success stories
• Manage community engagement and grow our following among small business audiences
• Track performance metrics and iterate on content strategy based on data
• Collaborate with BD to amplify partnership announcements and local market stories

What We're Looking For

• 10,000+ followers on at least one platform — required to be considered for an interview
• 2+ years managing social media for a brand or agency
• Strong visual storytelling instincts — you think in content
• Experience creating short-form video (Reels, TikTok) and written content
• Familiarity with the small business or e-commerce landscape
• English required; Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, French, or Korean a plus

Senior AI Infrastructure Engineer

The Role

Design and build the AI infrastructure layer that powers Aladdinmall's intelligence engine. You will architect the systems that serve real-time recommendations, dynamic pricing models, and merchant analytics at scale — making enterprise-grade AI accessible to 40 million small businesses.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable AI/ML serving infrastructure for production workloads
• Design data pipelines that feed merchant intelligence models with real-time signal
• Build and optimize LLM-powered features including the AI shopping assistant and pricing engine
• Establish MLOps practices: model versioning, A/B testing, monitoring, and rollback
• Collaborate with product and data teams to translate business requirements into ML systems

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years focused on ML/AI infrastructure
• Deep experience with distributed systems and large-scale data pipelines (Spark, Kafka, Flink)
• Hands-on experience deploying and serving LLMs or large-scale ML models in production
• Proficiency in Python and at least one systems language (Go, Rust, or Java)
• Experience at a top-tier tech company (Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Meta) preferred
